In these two months our foundation has assisted eight elderly women in dificulty, seven of them benefiting by entire social services and one of them just partly.
Throughout the activities and the services of the assistance program we meet the needs and the difficulties these persons face. We succeed in bringhing the smile and the joy on their countanence.
Because of the cold season, our area of activities has been limited (for example, the walks outdoors or to a cafe have been replaced until the weather gets warmer), and also the health of our assisted persons has been affected, two of them needing internment, tanti Ani Stefan and tanti Irina Cristea whom I visited to the hospital. We took them fruits, cakes, sanitary products and other things they needed, and we also listened to them and encouraged them, thing that lifted their spirits.
